Eligibility & Prohibited Sources
By submitting this contribution, you affirm that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- This contribution is made from your personal funds, not those of another person or entity.
- You are not a foreign national without permanent resident status in the U.S.
- You are not a federal contractor.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
Contribution Limits
- Individuals may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year.
Tax Status
- Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Donor Information & Reporting
- Federal law requires reporting of the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
- State and/or federal law may require disclosure to the Texas Ethics Commission for ethics compliance.
Privacy
- Donor information will remain confidential except as required by federal law or state law via Texas Ethics Commission disclosures.
